Third-party services and data. The Service may integrate with third-party services, data providers, and APIs, including but not limited to weather data providers, avalanche information centers, and mapping services, along with third-party content provided by other users of the MTN FX SaaS Platform. MTNFX does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data, content, or services. Client's use of third-party integrations may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Machine learning and AI. MTN FX also disclaims any and all liability that may arise from any features or functionality within the MTN FX SaaS Platform that utilize, incorporate, or interact with machine learning or other artificial intelligence solutions, including those that may be provided by third parties to generate responsive text, identify differences in materials, analyze data, or provide other outputs.
SMS and location services. SMS messaging and location-sharing features are governed by the SMS Messaging & Location Sharing Terms of Use and the SMS Verbal Consent Process, available under Terms & Privacy.
